		<description>I am holding at 236. Training is pretty much none, having torn all quadriceps and fracturing patella in left leg and getting surgery on right knee. Also dealing with my disc and nerve issues. So even though I haven&#039;t been training I have been maintaining a good body weight for me. Training will start back in approx 2-3 weeks and I will see an increase in muscle which might bump the scale up 6-8 pounds at first but then the fat burning will kick in and I will maintain 224-228 very lean and muscular.
