Success is a mind set that is different for each individual. To some success is losing
10 pounds and being content still 15 pounds over ideal weight. To some success is
taking their body to the extreme and getting to 5% body fat and getting on stage
before thousands. What ever you vision of success is for you there is a model to help
you achieve that success. Without it you will fail-period.

MICHIGAN PREMIER WOMEN & CO-ED BOOT CAMPS

I have to brag some on our clients who have completed another month of
our awesome boot camps for women (and now co-ed also) in Michigan. We
are pleased to announce that the fat lost by this group is phenomenal. The
strength gained has been incredible. We have had clients go from 4 push-ups on
their knees (with bad form) to completing 30 push-ups on their toes with perfect
form. Hey guys this was one of our ladies campers! We have had clients go
from not being able to walk the 1/2 mile course to running it non-stop!

FAT LOSS IS A START

Okay, so all the talk about health care reform is driving me nuts. One reform that we as a nation need is
fat loss reform. We are an obese nation, period. If you want to cut down on medical issues put
America on a diet.
Then our new surgeon general is introduced and guess what–she’s obese!!
Great choice. That’s like the Marlboro Man telling you not to smoke. Here we have the fattest nation
in the world and our health czar is fat! Great.
I guess this is where self responsibility comes in. You are in control of your health (mostly). Most
ailments and diseases are nutrition related. Now we are going to have a fat person telling us how to
be healthy. Yep, that should work.
I tell you what, get hold of a professional recognized personal trainer (I know of one) and get on
your own health care reform program starting right now.
Come on, the only reason you are fat is because you eat too much. Ain’t rocket science. Now some hormones and things come into play on us as we age, and some folks have medical issues, but the majority of you
that are fat you love food more than health.
Some one said to me today in fact, “Randy do you hate fat people?” ABSOLUTELY NOT.
I have empathy for them as I was a severely obese child weighing 320 pounds in the 7th grade. I feel for
those that are fat. But now as a fat loss expert my job is to help people lose their fat. If it takes a hug I’ll
hug, if it takes a kick I’ll kick.
But get one thing straight, if you are fat you are setting yourself up for having to use that insurance
to take care of you later down the road.
Let’s get healthy gang, and start by losing that extra fat that is “hanging” around.

5 INGREDIENTS FOR FAT LOSS

You can diet, run on the treadmill, and take your diet pills and you still are having
trouble losing that fat. You get frustrated and go back to your unhealthy lifestyle
and get fatter. Many repeat this process over and over. Read the rest of this and

ARE YOU FUEL EFFICIENT

All the talk about global warming–oh that’s right now called climate change-
has gotten every one on the band wagon for coming out with fuel efficient
autos. Hey, great if they can get the Hummer to 40 miles per gallon, save money
any way I can.

EATING FAT CAN KEEP YOU ALIVE

Not eating fat can KILL YOU!! Yes it’s true. By not eating this fat you could
join the other 90,000 people who die a year!

I have always encouraged my clients to take Omega-3, the benefits are many.
As yourfat loss expert one reason is it can actually help you lose fat! Also every
cellin your body needs it, especially your heart and brain (pretty important 2!).
I also have those with bad joints take higher doses to alleviate joint pain. Studies
show that omega-3 can reduce joint pain more than prescription medicine. I
recommend 4,000 mg. a day for this.

THOSE CUPBOARD GREMLINS!

Well I really messed up the other night. Now you all know if you have any food
issues you can actually hear your cupboards talk to you.

Oh, yea.

They will call out to you at the strangest time. Might be 2am, might be 4am, who knows.

Well if you are like me some times we answer the call of the cupboard gremlins.
Yes, we get up, eyes closed, following the voice, and answer the calling of the cupboard gremlins.

With eyes still closed we reach in, and I swear it is handed to us by the cupboard
gremlin…..the food we shouldn’t even have in the house.

Have any of you ever experienced the cupboard gremlins?

Well I LOVE natural peanut butter. Creamy, crunchy, just bring it. Now this is on my
list of foods for me to eat—-but not by the jar!

Well I made the mistake of picking up 2 jars because they were on sale. I ate
my 2 tablespoons with a protein drink for dinner, went to bed.

Then I heard it…..”Randy, come here I need to talk to you, Randy I have to
show you something. Randy, I need to see you now, please”

Well that was 3am, next thing I know I am waking up at 4am to a spoon and an empty
peanut butter jar sitting on the counter to let me know I was visited by the cupboard
gremlins that night.

Gang if you have a weakness, DO NOT HAVE IT IN YOUR HOUSE. It isn’t about discipline,
I don’t care who you are you will be visited by the gremlins. If you have a weakness and
when you crave it, if it is not there you cannot eat it. Simple.

This is a mistake many make, and they are sitting themselves up to take a fall. Then
discouraged, they say what is the use and go back to their old ways of eating that
got them to where they were in the first place. I have seen this happen so many
times over the last 30 years with well intentioned good people.

So, if you are not supposed to have it do, not have it available. Or you will hear that sound
in the strangest hours of the morning…..”Hey, hey, come here……”
