Randy, will you help me understand this rule? What about being overweight... where do I find the &#039;lean body weight&#039;?

Five to six 30-40 minutes sessions per week is all that it takes.
 What I am doing is 2 bootcamps and 1- 30 cardio/weight.Is this good or should I add more. I also do a hr workout added to that , sometimes. Especially, once a get my calorie intake back
