FAT OR FIT?
Hey the difference from fat to fit is the
letter “I”.
As in I watch what I eat
I exercise regularly.
I get adequate sleep.
I supplement with vitamins.
I control stress.
You see, being fit is all up to “I”, or
should we say “YOU”!
