How was dinner? You left in a bit of a hurry last night. Missed you this AM. I am on my way my friend. Thanks for the hand up. I am on my way back to health. Brenda did a good class. I wimped a little bit but in a couple weeks I&#039;ll be back on full circuit again. That walk before class this morning really helped with the warm up. I will see you Friday 7 am. Eating is getting pretty solid. I have to remeber to bring back up protein drink mix with me for emergencies.
You and Brenda are the best. Love you guys.
