		<description>Great info email on eggs. Thank you. Did you see me out there beating the pavement today? I didn&#039;t think I would find time but was able to squeeze in 1 mile. It only took maybe 10 minutes. Tomorrow I will see about 2 miles. it is getting easier. I am going to see how I can work that in more here and there throughout the week. Ate a good breakfast this morning. Lunch was good but late. I had one of those wraps that you are not so fond of for dinner, but it worked.

		<description>Hey Er! Just finished the walk I promised you 2xs around the church. I will bring that number up next time I walk. That might be tomorrow depending on the schedule. Definitely Saturday. I will look at my schedule and see how I am going to work out the other circuit training dealio. I will make it happen. I went to a friends house after seeing you and got in another 10 ounces of roast beef to bring my total lean meal count to 4. I had 2 shakes @9am and @ 4 pm ,2 HB eggs, a tomato and 2 slices of turkey bacon. I have been uping my water intake again also.

		<description>I am with you Randy.  I was a big kid also.  I did play sports and was involved in activity&#039;s but it didn&#039;t help my weight much.  I weighed 250 pounds in 6th grade.  It wasn&#039;t till 7th grade that I got sick of the kids making fun of me.  So I started working out.  I worked out at a Y.M.C.A. and worked hard.  Yeah I gained a little bit of weight but it was muscle. I became undefeated in wrestling. I also had the most tackles on the football team my 8th grade year.  Along with the most sacks.  I took charge of my life because I didn&#039;t want to be the fat kid anymore.  Now I am working towards some goals that will make that hard work pay off.  If it does I hope people will look at me the way they look at you.  An inspiration to take charge and not become something you truly do not want to be.</description>
