I was boggled about my loss..14 inch on my frame, since Jan 09,but I have not lost lbs.. maybe 5-10 lbs at best. I started just eating better and excerising with Timbrels.. that's it. Now my body craves workouts. Guess it is next level and really watching my intake. Since I prayed for God to help me with the inches and he did, now I need closet time and ask for weight loss.
